Supports multiple currency payment methods. Place an order directly on the website and pay for the cryptocurrency (accepted BTC, USDT, ETH, KAS, DOGE, LTC, and TRX).

Please note that the Coinpal payment address is dynamically generated for each order and is not unique. This is different from the cryptocurrency wallet address we provide.

Note: All cryptocurrency payments on the website we receive are automatically exchanged to USDT. If the product is out of stock, we will contact you for a refund. The refund amount will be the USD price at the time you ordered the product. If the product price fluctuates, we will contact you to negotiate the difference. The difference is calculated according to the product’s USD price.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipment times for each product vary depending on availability.

For miners

1. The inventory miner will ship within 3 business days, in case of bulk orders we may take a extra day or two to ship the product via (DHL Express/ UPS/ FedEx/ TNT).

2. The delivery date for pre-order miners depends on the factory’s schedule. The estimated delivery time will be indicated on the order page, but delays may occur. If the factory delays production, the delivery of your Apexto miner will also be delayed.

For Liquid Cooling Equipment

Liquid cooling types of equipment are mostly DDP air and sea freight, we have warehouses in the USA, Europe, and other places, we will ask our customers for the nearest receiving airports and ports before shipment so that we can transfer the goods to you from the nearest place to our customers.

Shipping Services

1. GoodManInterlink offers ideal shipping methods for any requirement. We provide worldwide delivery (Customer &equest Acceptable): UPS, DHL, FedEx, EMS, TNT, and etc. In addition, you can also pick up your order yourself at our warehouses if you prefer.

2. GoodManInterlink has three warehouses: Shenzhen warehouse, Hong Kong warehouse, and Moscow Warehouse. Our orders will be shipped from one of these three warehouses based on customers’ requirements.

3. For most areas, the liquid cooling equipment will be shipped to you via sea freight. Ports and receiving points in different regions will incur different shipping charges. It is recommended that you contact customer service to confirm address details and calculate shipping costs before placing an order.

Note:

1. In some countries we have DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping, including the United States, Canada, Russia, Dubai, and some EU countries. If you need DDP shipping, contact online customer service. Without DDP country or normal Shipping, we help you to reduce your tax to make lower invoices. If you need this service, please tell us your requirements in advance.

2. We accept self-pick up your miners. Please confirm your arrival time and related information with us at least a day in advance.

Shipping Notice

For special shipping requests, please contact customer care. Please confirm your address before payment. If you enter the wrong address, please contact customer care promptly. We will contact logistics personnel to solve the problem. Apexto orders can only be shipped to the country where the order is placed. If you ask to change the address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. In addition, you are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the address after the order has been shipped.

Please ensure that you provide the correct name, address, and contact information when placing an order to ensure successful delivery. In cases where parcels are returned as undeliverable, we will re-dispatch the order, but any additional charges (“Return Expenses”) will be your responsibility.

Taxes and Customs Duties

The prices of products sold by GoodManInterlink Mining do not include shipping, customs duties, or other taxes. Please note that you are responsible for all applicable charges based on the laws and customs regulations of your country. If the mining equipment is delayed or returned to Hong Kong due to insufficient documentation or other issues, the customer will bear all additional shipping costs. We help you reduce your tax burden by providing lower invoices. We will do our best to ensure that taxes and/or customs duties do not have a significant impact on your overall price.

Inspection and Sign

As GoodManInterlink products are generally quite valuable, please inspect the package upon delivery. If it’s damaged or deformed, do not sign the delivery or open the package. In such cases, please contact customer care.

Once you (or someone else on your behalf) sign for the item, GoodManInterlink will consider your acceptance of the package, quantity, and product. To protect your rights, you are highly recommended to shoot a complete unboxing video and check the items according to the packing list.

The notes are as follows:
1. The video is continuous, uninterrupted, with no editing, to ensure that the goods are clearly and completely presented in the camera.

2. The video must be complete and clearly reflect the courier note, SN code on the box, and other important information.

3. After unpacking the package, please check the item carefully to confirm that there is no problem with the item. And then you can end the video.

4. If there is a problem with the item, please show it in the video, and use words to explain.

Aftersales Service

-Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. Please understand, this is an industry standard. In rare cases, we may, at our sole discretion, make an exception.

  • Pricing Errors: If there is an obvious error in the price, we will correct it once discovered. While we strive to keep product listings up to date, prices may differ from those displayed. In such cases, we may contact you to settle the price difference or cancel the order and notify you. All prices on the site are fixed in USD.
  • Price Increases: Due to market fluctuations and the fast-moving nature of the crypto industry, prices of mining machines can change quickly. If a price increase occurs, we will contact you to settle the price difference or arrange a refund. We appreciate your understanding and support.
  • Out of Stock: Due to rapid changes in market prices and stock availability, there may be instances where an item is out of stock after you’ve added it to the cart and submitted your order. In such cases, we may need to cancel your order. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Warranty Service

Kindly note that for brand new, 100% original miners, the warranty period is typically 12 months or 6 months, depending on the factory’s policy, starting from the production date.

For used mining machines, there is no warranty or after-sales service; however, before shipment, we will provide mining machine testing videos to ensure you understand its performance. Once you confirm acceptance, we will proceed with full communication and arrange shipment.

During the warranty period, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for repairs, as well as any applicable customs duties. For miners out of warranty, if the unit needs to be returned to the factory, the customer will bear all logistics, customs clearance, and maintenance costs.

If you have software problems with your machine, you can contact our online customer service for help. If you have hardware problems with your machine, please contact us to send your machine to our center for repair.

The Good Man Interlink Service Center is staffed by experienced experts who are familiar with all models of ASIC miners on the market. It is important to note that the warranty does not cover damage to the equipment due to misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, or physical damage due to improper operation.

2. Return Factory Fee

When returning the product to our company/manufacturer, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost, and the customs clearance fees.

3. Forbidden Operations

① If the warranty label or serial number (SN) of the product is torn or removed, or the product is damaged due to unauthorized disassembly within the warranty period, the warranty will be void.

② Confirm the machine usage instructions and operating specifications. For details, refer to the machine instruction manual and relevant sales/after-sales personnel. If the machine is damaged due to misoperation by the customer (such as connecting to the wrong voltage), the warranty will be void.

③ Any modifications made by the customer within the warranty period, such as adding cooling systems, modifying fans, heat sinks, or altering power cables, the warranty will be void.

④ If you change the SN code of the machine shell without permission, the warranty will be void once discovered.

5. Precautions

① If you find the miner is damaged, or scratched, or the warranty label has fallen off/damaged, you must notify our office immediately (within 24 hours) for clarification, otherwise, the warranty will be invalid.

A Simple Guide to Customs Clearance

-What is customs clearance?

Customs clearance is a compulsory process for any goods entering or leaving a country. It requires the submission of various export and import documentation, as well as the payment of duties, VAT and any additional costs such as storage and testing by customs agents.

Citizens should pay import duties to the customs according to law based on different customs policies of various countries and regions.
Please note that the tax is not collected by Good Man Interlink but by local customs.

-How long does customs clearance take?

Customs clearance is typically completed in minutes or hours, but it can extend to days or weeks if there are missing documentation or if the goods needs to be inspected. In such cases the goods will be held until the necessary documentation has been provided or customs agents have completed their checks.

-How do you pay customs charges?

Most importers and exporters will have a freight forwarder or customs broker that pays customs charges on their behalf, saving them the trouble of paying it themselves. If the importer manages their own shipments, they’ll typically be sent an invoice detailing the charges once the goods arrive in the country. These will need to be paid before the goods are released for onward transport.
In certain circumstances, the importer won’t be liable for the payment of import charges. It will depend which incoterms (International Commercial Terms) has been agreed between the importer and supplier (exporter).

Customs and Import Duties in India

Nearly all goods imported into India are subject to customs taxes.

Certain countries impose higher import taxes to encourage the growth of domestic industries. This approach, called Import Substitution Industrialization (ISI), focuses on replacing imported goods with locally manufactured products.

Basic Customs Duty (BCD): Introduced under the Customs Act of 1962, BCD is a tax applied to imported goods. The rate varies based on the type of product, and the Indian government has the authority to grant exemptions or reductions for specific items.

Duty Rates: BCD rates range from 0% to 100%, depending on the item’s HS code and country of origin. Based on historical customer feedback, the average rate is typically around 70% for many products.

Spain Customs and Import Duties

To import goods into Spain, the first requirement is to pay the applicable tariffs or customs duties.

As a member of the European Union (EU), Spain adheres to the EU’s Common Customs Tariff. This means preferential rates are applied to imports from countries that have trade agreements with the EU.

Because the EU functions as a unified trade bloc, products imported into Spain from other EU member states are not subject to tariffs or customs duties. For example, goods arriving from Germany will not incur these fees. However, imports from non-EU countries will be subject to customs tariffs, typically ranging from 0% to 17% of the product’s value, with an average tariff rate of around 4.2%.

UAE Customs and Import Duties

The ICP (Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, and Port Security) oversees customs processes in the UAE. This includes inspections, tariff implementation, customs data management, and efforts to prevent smuggling and fraud for all goods entering, exiting, or transiting through the country’s ports.

Residents making international purchases above the specified threshold are subject to:

  • A 5% import customs duty
  • A 5% value-added tax (VAT)

Items valued at less than AED 300 are exempt from customs duties. However, this exemption does not apply to products such as tobacco, tobacco-related items, e-cigarettes, nicotine liquids, alcoholic beverages, or food containing alcohol.

EU Customs and Import Duties

If you are required to pay import duties, Royal Mail (or your courier) will notify you and provide instructions on how to settle the payment. Since your parcel will be arriving from outside the EU, it may be subject to VAT or excise duty. Additionally, gifts valued above a certain threshold will also incur customs duties. You generally have up to three weeks to pay any charges before the parcel is returned.
